Specialist Posting

Digital Design + Dev Specialist

This is a 25—40 hour / week Specialist position for Summer 2026. We usually hire Design Specialists who are focused primarily on graphic design work, with optional work in motion graphics animation, illustration, and web design. This summer, we’re expanding our search and welcoming graphic designers, web developers, and anyone between to apply for this position, which we’ll then mold to your experience and interests and our company’s needs.

We are a smaller business that puts people first — which means we take the time to review each application that comes in ourselves, not with an AI processor. We ask that you approach this application in kind, writing your answers yourself and limiting the use of AI so we get to know the real you.
