Case Paper is an 80+ year-old paper and paperboard merchant and converter. With divisions in California, Pennsylvania, New York, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, and North Carolina, the company provides a wide variety of services for commercial paper products including sheeting, slitting and rewinding, laminating, and coating. Their high-end paper and paperboard products are used for printing books, magazines, posters, bespoke product packaging and more.,
In addition to providing social media and email marketing for Case Paper, Online Optimism has also produced several special projects including a stop motion animation to promote their latest issue of Between The Sheets.
Between The Sheets is Case Paper’s annual publication showcasing the company’s paper offerings, history, and values, through their unique voice and cheeky sense of humor. The latest issue’s theme is “Back to the Future” and highlights all the fabulous things created from paper over the past eighty years and the company’s journey providing top quality paper and paperboard products to their customers.
To exhibit the products Case Paper offers, the issue is made entirely from their own paper stock and includes a holographic laminated cover, die-cut pop-outs, fold-out pages, as well as details in foil and fluorescent inks. We used a combination of stop motion photography stills and animation of the production files used to print the publication to bring the pages of the magazine to life.
