Long before Online Optimism moved into The Shop, Leota had already been there for decades.

A longtime resident spirit of the building, Leota spent years quietly wandering the halls, listening to jazz through the New Orleans streets, and predicting the futures of unsuspecting visitors. When Online Optimism moved into her building, she decided to finally put her talents to use.

Now serving as Online Optimism’s Social Medium Strategist, Leota specializes in predicting social media trends, sensing incoming client calls, and identifying precisely when an Optimist needs a coffee break. She can often be found floating through meetings, taking candid ghostly photos of the team, and eavesdropping on reporting calls to see if her premonitions come true.
