As a Senior Social Media Strategist, Madison spearheads creative organic and paid campaigns for clients across various industries. Born and raised in Louisiana, she earned her Bachelor’s in Marketing with a minor in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University. Madison’s career at Online Optimism has seen impressive growth over the years — starting as a Social Media Specialist in Summer 2019, joining full-time as an Associate in May 2021, then advancing to Strategist and most recently to Senior Strategist. In her current role, Madison oversees multiple client accounts across key social platforms, plans strategic organic and paid campaigns, and analyzes data to optimize performance and deliver exceptional results. Beyond her core responsibilities, Madison helps keep fellow Optimists engaged through planning both in-person and virtual events as part of the Employee Engagement Committee. When she’s not on the clock, you can probably find her following Harry Styles on tour, hiking through different national parks, or spoiling her dog, Kylo.
