As Online Optimism’s Content & Discovery Coordinator, Natalie takes a creative, data-based approach to writing, helping clients tell their stories and reach their audiences. Natalie majored in Media & Communication and Spanish at Shenandoah University, where she developed her content writing, English-Spanish translation, event planning, and graphic design skills. In tandem with her studies, she worked as a student copywriter at the university’s Office of Marketing and Communications. She also planned and promoted two thrifting events on campus, which she marketed in English and Spanish. She’s excited to use her background in written communications to support clients’ email campaigns, Reddit marketing, SEO, and AEO. When she’s not at work, you might find Natalie with her nose buried in a book, performing onstage in a musical, or taking her dogs for a hike.
