Sara Bandurian
Operations Director
Sara attended Wagner College in New York where she earned her B.A. in Theatre Design, Technology, and Management. After moving to New Orleans in 2014, Sara has taken on learning the art of managing businesses through working for local companies and small businesses. She has also designed costumes for several local theatre productions, and even won a Big Easy Entertainment award for her costumes in Lizzie in 2016.
Sara handles most of the behind-the-scenes work at Online Optimism. She handles the hiring and onboarding of Optimists, maintains up-to-date internal processes and policies in our workspace, keeps both physical offices running, and makes sure we continue to offer an awesome culture for our employees.
Outside of work she enjoys going to the park with her dogs, reading mystery novels, and hosting cocktail parties.
