Sara works behind the scenes ensuring our many processes at Online Optimism run smoothly. She leads our hiring and Optimistic onboarding efforts, assists with client and internal processes, maintains up-to-date policies for our team, and ensures our company culture continues to be the best in the business. One of her favorite parts of her job is planning our annual company retreat, which brings our team together each year for bonding, learning, and celebrating!

Sara attended Wagner College in New York where she earned her B.A. in Theatre Design, Technology, and Management with a concentration in Costuming. This brought her to New Orleans in 2014, where Sara has mastered the art of operations through working for local companies and small businesses in a variety of roles. In addition to winning a 2016 Big Easy Entertainment Award for her costume work, she was awarded the 2022 American Advertising Awards’ Operations Person of the Year award and the 2024 Support Staffer of the Year award from the Stevie Awards for her accomplishments in operations and people work.
