Sara keeps the gears turning at Online Optimism by leading all our internal operations, processes, and systems. As VP of Operations, she’s the one building scalable frameworks, implementing cutting-edge automations, and ensuring processes run like clockwork. She partners with every department to understand their needs and create operational solutions that work, all while maintaining the boutique agency feel that makes us special. Whether she’s heading financial operations or championing our latest AI integration or optimizing our employee journey, Sara is constantly finding smarter ways to help our team work more efficiently and effectively.

Sara attended Wagner College in New York where she earned her B.A. in Theatre Design, Technology, and Management with a concentration in Costuming. This brought her to New Orleans in 2014. Since then, Sara has mastered the art of operations by working in various roles for local companies and small businesses. In addition to winning a 2016 Big Easy Entertainment Award for her costume work, she received the 2022 American Advertising Awards’ Operations Person of the Year award and the 2024 Support Staffer of the Year award from the Stevie Awards for her accomplishments in operations and people work.
