Business Development Coordinator
As a Business Development Coordinator, you are a key part of Online Optimism’s presence in the Greater New Orleans market. You will have a prominent role in the local business community and be a first point of contact for a number of our New Orleans clients, growing our local book by building real relationships in real rooms. When you’re not developing relationships IRL, you’ll be producing ways to impress them in their feeds, and on their screens. This is the perfect role that rewards someone who loves talking, whether that’s to a prospective client at a networking event, or speaking on camera about what New Orleans businesses should do to grow in 2027. You’ll be working directly under our VP of Client Relationships, Jordan, with a straightforward path to growth.
Any offers to interview or of employment will come from emails ending in @onlineoptimism.com. Don’t ever click a link or provide private information to anyone saying they are from Online Optimism if their message does not come from this email domain.
We are a smaller business that puts people first — which means we take the time to review each application that comes in ourselves, not with an AI processor. We ask that you approach this application in kind, writing your answers yourself and limiting the use of AI so we get to know the real you.

The application period for this position is now closed.
If you applied, you will receive a decision from us by 12:00 am on October 2, 2026.
