This recognition means a lot to our team because it reflects something we’ve been passionate about since the beginning: putting people first. We’ve built Online Optimism to be more than just a digital marketing agency—we’ve created a place where everyone can thrive.

From a New(er) Optimist’s Perspective
I’ve worked at other agencies before, and honestly, this recognition doesn’t surprise me. When you see how leadership actually operates day-to-day, how they handle team decisions, and how they talk about growth opportunities, it makes sense that CityBusiness would notice.
What I didn’t expect when I started here was how much this culture would impact the work we do for clients. Having diverse perspectives and feeling comfortable sharing ideas makes our campaigns better.
We’re sharing space in this feature with some incredible New Orleans organizations, which feels pretty good. It’s nice to be part of a business community that’s working toward something better.
